Mora, Minnesota and the surrounding area is known as Sherman Country. We’ve been in this neck of the woods for decades and love that the area has so much rural beauty to build upon. Everywhere you look, there’s something that’s worthy of being photographed.
From snow to sun, this area has it all. It’s absolutely beautiful whether it’s the dead of winter or the first day of summer. The only thing that changes is the activities that we get to be a part of.
When we build a pole barn in Minnesota, we’re supporting the good old-fashioned fun of being outdoors:
- Snowmobiling
- Camping
- Firing up the smoker
- Hunting
- Racing ATVs
We might decide to hike up to Chengwatana State Forest to hike or ride horses. We may throw a line in Mora Lake and hope for a few bites, too. The point is that we’re doing it outside because that’s where we like to be. There’s nothing wrong with breaking a sweat in an effort to have fun.

Wheew! San Antonio is loud and proud. When it gets to be too much for you, step to the east a bit and let us introduce you to Sherman Country. All throughout Marion, Texas, we’re loving being pole barn builders. We’re showing Texans how to have some more fun out in the rural areas with homes, storage, and even places to practice for the next rodeo.

Texas keeps us busy, and there’s no need to venture into the big cities when the country is welcoming us with open arms.
