Inspired by Ferrari, as we identify with their quality and passion surrounding our brand at Sherman Buildings, we have also created a list of celebrities who are banned from owning a Sherman Building.

THE LIST

  1. Brittany “Bling” Bonanza
    • Reason for Ban: Brittany attempted to redesign her Sherman Building with a gold-plated exterior and a moat filled with champagne, leading to structural instability and a city-wide bubble bath.
    • Backstory: Known for her extravagant lifestyle, Brittany took “bling” to a whole new level, not realizing that buildings, unlike her jewelry, don’t look good dripping in gold. The ban came after her building started sinking into the champagne moat, creating an unintentional fountain in downtown.
  2. Jack “The Architect” Hammer
    • Reason for Ban: Jack installed a giant disco ball on the roof of his Sherman Building, which blinded pilots and caused a near-miss at the local airport.
    • Backstory: Jack, a former DJ turned real estate mogul, thought his buildings should party like it’s 1979. He wanted his structures to be the life of the party, but forgot that disco balls aren’t exactly conducive to aviation safety. His buildings now must remain strictly “silent disco”.
  3. Lola “Lux” Lumiere
    • Reason for Ban: Tried to use her Sherman Building as a giant light show, projecting her face onto the clouds every night, causing light pollution complaints from the entire city.
    • Backstory: Lola, an actress with a penchant for drama, decided her legacy should literally light up the sky. Her nightly light show, dubbed “Lola in the Moonlight,” inadvertently kept astronomers, insomniacs, and nocturnal animals up all night. Her ban was issued after a star-studded protest by the city’s sleep-deprived residents.
  4. Duke “The Duke” DuMont
    • Reason for Ban: Insisted on adding a helipad to the top of his Sherman Building, only to use it for drone races, causing chaos in the airspace.
    • Backstory: Duke, a thrill-seeker and tech-enthusiast, thought his building should double as a drone racing track. His oversight in not considering actual helicopter traffic led to a memorable incident where a pizza drone collided with a news chopper. Now, Duke’s buildings must remain strictly grounded.
  5. Coco “Couture” Chanel
    • Reason for Ban: Attempted to convert her Sherman Building into a massive, walk-in wardrobe, leading to a structural collapse under the weight of her fashion collection.
    • Backstory: Fashion icon Coco Chanel envisioned her building as the ultimate couture closet. However, when the building started to lean under the weight of thousands of couture dresses, it became clear that her fashion sense was not suited for architecture. Now, her buildings must comply with a “no-clothes-allowed” policy.
